A working site back on your domain, unauthorized access and injected code removed, credentials rotated, a clean off-server backup, and a written incident note covering cause and what to do next.

Scope limits
- One site
- Restore from an existing backup where one exists. Rebuilding a site with no backup is quoted separately once we know what survived.
- Not a legal or regulatory breach response. If customer data was exposed, you need counsel as well.
- Ongoing monitoring and updates are the care plan, not this.

How fast can you start?
Triage within one business hour during the working week. Stabilizing is usually same or next business day, depending on what access exists.
What if there is no backup?
Then it is a rebuild rather than a restore, and it is quoted separately. The triage call tells you which one you are looking at before you commit.
Will it happen again?
The incident note says why it happened. Most repeat cases are an out-of-date plugin or a shared password, and both are fixable.
Do you need my hosting login?
Yes, or someone on the call who has it. Nothing can be cleaned from the outside.
