Email Deliverability Setup
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly for your domain, then tested against the providers your customers actually use, so your mail arrives and nobody else can send as you.
What you receive
Correct authentication records for every service that sends on your behalf, test sends verified against the major providers with headers checked, a monitored DMARC policy, and a written record of who is authorized to send as your domain.
What's included
- Inventory of everything that sends as your domain: mail host, website forms, CRM, newsletter, invoicing
- SPF consolidated to one valid record inside the lookup limit
- DKIM signing enabled for each sending service
- DMARC published in monitoring mode, with reports going somewhere you can read
- Test sends verified against Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, with headers checked for alignment
- Two weeks of report review before the policy is tightened
- A written record of who is authorized to send as you
Scope limits
- One domain. Additional sending domains are quoted per domain.
- Authentication is fixed here. Reputation damage from past sending takes time to recover on its own.
- List hygiene and bulk sending practice are advisory, not included.
- No DNS change is made without you seeing it first, if you would rather hold the keys.
How it works
- Inventory
Find everything that sends as your domain. There is almost always one nobody remembered.
- Publish
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records added, with you watching if you would rather keep the DNS keys.
- Test
Real sends to real inboxes, with the headers read rather than assumed.
- Tighten
After two weeks of clean reports, the policy moves from monitoring to enforcement.
Questions
Why did my email work before?
Providers tightened enforcement. Mail that used to pass on reputation alone now needs authentication, and when it fails it fails silently. There is no bounce to tell you.
Will I lose email while this happens?
No. Records are added and verified before anything is enforced, and DMARC starts in monitoring mode so nothing is rejected while we watch.
Is this related to my website forms?
Directly. A contact form that sends as your own domain through a web host is the single most common reason inquiries quietly stop arriving.
Can you just tell me if I have a problem?
Yes. The checker on the homepage will tell you in ten seconds whether the records exist at all.
