Local SEO & Google Business Profile
The work that decides whether you appear when someone nearby searches for what you do. A complete Google Business Profile, listings that agree with each other, and pages that name the towns you actually serve.
What you receive
A claimed and completed Google Business Profile, consistent listings across the directories that matter, location content on your site, local schema, and a baseline you can measure against 30 days later.
What's included
- Google Business Profile claimed, verified and completed: categories, services, hours, service area, photos
- Citation audit and cleanup so name, address and phone agree across the main directories
- One location or service-area page written for the towns you serve
- Local business schema added to the site
- A review request flow you will actually use, plus a response template
- Baseline report at handover and a 30-day follow-up so you can see what moved
Scope limits
- One business and one profile. Multi-location is quoted per location.
- Directory cleanup covers the main aggregators. Obscure listings are best effort.
- Reviews are earned. No incentivised or fabricated reviews, ever.
- Ranking is not guaranteed. Anyone who guarantees a map position is guessing.
How it works
- Access
Profile ownership, or the verification process if it has never been claimed.
- Audit
Where you currently appear, where your details disagree, and who you are competing with in the map pack.
- Fix
Profile completed, citations corrected, page and schema published.
- Baseline
What it looked like before, and a follow-up 30 days later.
Questions
How long until I see anything?
Profile changes can show within days. Map ranking usually moves over weeks, which is why there is a 30-day follow-up rather than a handover and silence.
What if I have no shop or office?
A service area business works fine. That is a setting on the profile, not a blocker.
Do I need this if I already rank?
Possibly not. If you are already in the map pack for your main terms, the honest answer is that your money is better spent elsewhere, and I will say so.
Is this the same as SEO Setup?
No. SEO Setup is about the website. This is about the profile, the listings and the map results, which are a separate system with separate rules.
